Discovery - LP

A colaborative effort between Rostam Batmanglij (Vampire Weekend) and Wes Miles (Ra Ra Riot) has resulted in a great summertime album. Discovery's LP is more electronic than one might expect from these two characters, but overlaid with Wes' vocals and even a few guest apparences from Ezra Koenig (Vampire Weekend) and Angel Deradoorian (The Dirty Projectors) keeps the light sunny songs interesting. Standouts include "So Insane," "I Want You Back," and "Orange Shirt.
