Cucumber Collins

The weekend is approaching and all we can think about is our recent obsession with a guy down the way that makes a mean Cucumber Collins. The trick to a good CC is nailing down a cucumber puree. Several different gins can work well with the Cucumber flavor however we suggest Hendrick's. Hendrick's is made from rose petals and cucmber, thus a natural match. Try this recipe out & let us know what ya think.




Cucumber Collins:
1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz rose syrup
1 1/2 oz lychee juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

(If you're trying for over the top, add a smash dash of egg whites & Angostura bitters)
