In times of economic hardship Visa offers their take on the Black Card ($495 annual fee). Even though the card will be available to only 1% of all U.S. residents the annual fee and requirements seem much more attainable than Am Ex’s titanium approach. Benefits include a 24-hour concierge service, an exclusive rewards program and luxury gifts.
