Let us start by saying that we suggest only drinking properly prepared coffee. But if time or equipment does not permit, Starbucks has just released VIA Ready Brew ($10). VIA Ready Brew is instant coffee done extremely well. The baristas over at Starbucks have found a way to microgrind Arabica beans in a way that preserves all tastes and flavors. VIA can be brewed hot or cold and so far several food/drink critics have accepted the chain's two flavors; Columbian and Italian.
