With spring comes thunderstorms. With thunderstorms comes a great time to sit under protection and hoist a drink that reminds you of a tropical storm or a long day at sea. A Dark & Stormy is a simple, darker drink that embodies the taste of Bermuda. All ya need is Gosling's Black Seal Rum ($16), Ginger Beer (we suggest Bundaberg Ginger Beer Soda) and a little bit of lime.

2 oz - Gosling's Black Seal Rum
5 oz - Bundaberg Ginger Beer Soda

Pour over the rocks, garnish with a lime and serve.
